We invite you to be a part of our mission of accelerating growth of black and minority businesses in Palm Beach County by aiding the Paragon Foundation in providing vital, focused resources to entrepreneurs in the community. Paragon’s activities directly support our charitable purpose of encouraging the expansion, growth and maturity of local businesses. In so doing, Paragon increases the potential for providing enhanced employment opportunities and contributes to the economic revitalization of the communities of Palm Beach County.

Banks, foundations, government agencies charged with community development and small business support, and successful entrepreneurs are welcome to provide funds to the Paragon Foundation. Designated as a 501(c) (3) organization by the IRS all contributions are tax deductible.

Paragon is grateful for the generosity of our early partners whose financial resources and charitable gifts have provided a direct impact on our ability to establish the Paragon Foundation of Palm Beach County, Inc. and support its funding programs to produce groundbreaking results for our community. How to Give
Many individuals, corporations and foundations are searching for a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting contribution to society. Opportunities are available for designated special gifts, unrestricted giving, sponsoring and partnering with the Paragon foundation to support economic development.

Unrestricted Contributions

Unrestricted support from individuals, foundations, and corporations is a primary and critical source of revenue for the Paragon Foundation. Unrestricted funds allow us to direct funding to areas of greatest need within our program budgets.

Restricted Support to Specific Programs

Foundations, corporations, and individuals may select a specific program to support based on funding priorities or interests. Donations can be directed to any or all of our business development programs: the Paragon Venture Fund, the Business Assistance Grant Fund, or the Entrepreneurial Scholarship Fund.

Tributes

Tributes are a wonderful way to sustaining the memory of a loved one or mark an important occasion or distinction in a person’s life. Donations in honor or in memory of a friend or family member are acknowledged in specific accord with the donor’s wishes. The Paragon Foundation will send an appropriate letter to the individual or family of the individual specified in the tribute.

Individual Support

Financial donations provide direct and immediate support, usually in the form of cash (via credit card, check, or electronic transfer) or publicly traded securities. Donors generally qualify for tax deductions and many employers match their employees’ gifts to charitable institutions like the Paragon Foundation.
